Press Release
Dear Friends and Supporters,
Greetings from the Gaza Strip. The Palestinian Centre for Human Rights (PCHR) [...]
It is here that then EUCOM and NATO top military commander Jones arranged the foundation of the future AFRICOM.
The offensive launched by the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) on the Gaza Strip, between 27 December and 18 January 2009, has caused total destruction in many parts of the Gaza Strip, making these parts look like earthquake zones.
British capitalism has degenerated into that of a ‘middleman’, creaming profits off the global circuit of capital without contributing anything to real wealth creation and once the inevitable speculative bubble burst, as per usual, it’s the working class that pays the bill.
After failing to anticipate Hamas’s victory over Fatah in the 2006 Palestinian election, the White House cooked up yet another scandalously covert and self-defeating Middle East debacle: part Iran-contra, part Bay of Pigs.
But Israel’s military attack does not only affect the ‘Palestinian problem’ but has widespread regional implications for any future political or military engagement with Iran.
